ARMS Inc-Radon Reduction at 43443 27th Street, Mattawan, Michigan.

We contacted ARMS because they installed our radon system. We were quoted $95/hour labor, and $350 for the part because our fan had apparently stopped working (phone diagnosis). After setting the appointment, we went online to find that our part was still under manufacturers warranty. I called them back to ask how we get that warranty honored, he stated that it was too close to the end, so it was "out of warranty" (because he wouldnt be able to come out to our house, get the fan, and send it in before the warranty expired).
I called RadonAway- the manufacturer- who then told me, and I quote "thats a bunch of BS". They then opened my case, and walked me through sending my fan in to be replaced FREE OF CHARGE. So we went from being told we would be paying over $400, to being told it was COVERED.
I'm sorry, but I just cannot trust ARMS Inc to be straightforward and honest considering this situation.
